The Change

There’s an awful lot of changes on this blog. From the name to the layout, to the pages, everything!

From Bryan Karl 2.0, I changed the name to These Are My Confessions. That which is inspired by Fox’s Glee Mash-up of the Usher and Bon Jovi hits.

I changed the layout from dark to light with a green majority. Figures.

Changed some pages, of course. You know my non-constant mind.

And lastly, this blog. I thought I’d abandon this forever. But no. I’d still be here to shout out.

Spreading the Goodness of Good Times Manila

Good Times Manila is now officially one of my favorite blogs. If I could only vote again for the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs Project, I would surely place GTM on the list. But I got indulged in GTM only after I wrote my list so never mind. But I’m glad GTM is in the Top 10 and I know it will be one of the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs for 2009.

Good Times Manila Blog

I’m writing about this because I am amused at how I was able to spread Good Times Manila at school. First, I introduced it only to one friend. Then it spread to another two. So that’s three. But I don’t do the talking anymore. The three does it. One time when we were killing time at the library, our table was filled with malevolent snickers and unanticipated bursts of laughter because we were practically talking about the recent posts of GTM. Particularly we were laughing the loudest at the KC being a boy and the squid-turned-calamares twin brother of baby James. Okay, so that wasn’t really recent. The next incident that we had GTM for consumption was during laboratory for Accounting Information Systems. Since the professor went out, we opened GTM and spread it to our classmates. Obviously, you would hear the laughter ringing around the room. And I know some of them remembered the URL and probably are reading an article from GTM now.

I don’t usually talk about a blog I read at school because some friends just don’t get it and will shut the conversation down. I’m glad they’re so open about GTM. They’re actually enjoying so much of it. I expect more funny stories from Good Times Manila. FTW! Woot!

My Dreams for Bryan Karl dot Com

I just started Bryan Karl dot Com this month. And I don’t know for how long will I be able to keep it running or if I have the patience and power to do so considering that I am also already running my first blog. Since my blog’s niche is quite interesting and cool, I hope I will get some buzz in the blogosphere a few months from now. I don’t drop 300 ECs for that blog everyday. I only drop 100 because dropping 300 for my first blog is already very time and energy consuming.

My dream: Bryan Karl dot Com will have a huge audience some time from now and that I will be earning bucks from it. I really hope so.
